Thank you for your interest in RL Valley Ranch! Rob and Leah Phillips live and work on the family ranch in Athens Ohio. A working cattle ranch and farm, we love the ranching way of life. We are very passionate about our ranch and are very proud to offer top quality horse training, select quarter horses for sale, and natual beef.
We began building our new horse barn and arena in fall of 2009. Everything was built by Rob and myself, and a few friends and family along the way (thanks guys, we couldn't have done it without you!) It was a trying process, but well worth it!

We really enjoy team penning, sorting and anything else that has to do with horses and cattle. We compete extensively East of the Mississippi in team penning and ranch sorting, as well as hosting a few ranch sortings each year. We also enjoy roping, barrels, cowboy mounted shooting, and drill team.
